C470 Express Lanes Segment 1

Theorem assisted CDOT in a support role for owner’s representation services for this major design-build project. The project reconstructed twelve miles of C470, added express lanes and express lane infrastructure, widened thirteen bridges, replaced two bridges over the South Platte River, added two new bridges to facilitate direct connect ramps in the I-25 interchange, added auxiliary lanes between interchanges, and improved drainage and water quality. For this project Theorem aided with contract administration, design oversight and review, dispute and claims support, schedule reviews, project closeout support, owner warranty reviews, drainage issue remediation, and general support for ongoing project issues.
